Crucial Conversations is a New York Times self-help book offering insight on how to have high pressure conversations and gives you steps and methods to help you achieve results. I personally enjoyed the ability of the authors to provide many real-life examples that would provoke strong emotion and ways to reduce the pressure without abandoning yourself. These authors did a great job of making sure to simplify the language so that it is universally digestible as well. I suggest this book to a lot of my own clients and will continue to use some of these skills myself. If you need assistance with working on social anxiety and dynamic nuance, this is it!
